Shipping Policy:
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your item(s) to be made and shipped. All items are made to order.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the size and weight of your item(s).
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped and you will receive a USPS tracking number.
Transit Time:
Once your item has been shipped, we do not have any control. Transit time may vary depending on distance from us to you, weather, and holidays. Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be delayed due to USPS receiving a high volume of packages.
Contact:
If an item is lost or mishandled, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number as we are no longer responsible for items once they are dropped off for shipment. If your order has not been dropped off for shipment after 2 weeks and you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or through our contact tab under Pages. Please include your Order # and Full Name. Please allow up to 24 hours for response.

Damaged Item:
If your item was damaged on route to your address, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Please include your Order #, Full Name, and a photo of your damaged item. Please allow up to 24 hours for response.
